With Rev. Jimmie Scott
The Burning Bowl and White Stone ceremonies are two of the most significant ceremonies in Unity. We are doing our best to provide you these important rites in a safe manner in the time of COVID 19.
Tune into our Sunday Experience online on Sunday December 27 at 11:00 a.m. on Facebook, YouTube, or our website (unityofsa.org). Your personal preparation instructions for our Burning Bowl Drive Through will be given at that service. Have pencil and paper ready at the time of the online service.
Come to the church parking lot in your vehicle between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 31 with a face covering on, and your pre-prepared list for burning. Please observe all precautions for COVID 19 while you are on campus and do not come if you are not feeling well. When you pull up your car, be prepared to hand your list out your car window for burning by one of our Prayer Chaplains and Rev. Jimmie.
On your way out, you will be provided a White Stone. Please save it for the online White Stone Ceremony on Facebook, YouTube, or our website (unityofsa.org) on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Have a pencil and your White Stone ready when you watch the service.
We thank you for your patience as we find innovative ways to navigate these trying times and look forward to seeing you!
Unity is a positive path for spiritual living. We offer spiritual teachings that provide practical tools for meaningful and abundant living. We are inclusive and open minded. Our philosophy is more spiritual than religious and is love based. We honor all paths to God. We believe in making a positive difference in the world. We warmly invite you to our Sunday service on Facebook Live and YouTube. For ease of listening, we recommend the use of earbuds or headphones.
