About Tammy Lorraine

Tammy Lorraine is a spiritual speaker, meditation guide, and lifelong student of the inner life. Following a series of profound mystical experiences in her thirties, she was drawn to Unity, where she spent nine years on staff at Unity Church of the Hills and served as a prayer chaplain for seven years. Through her website, The Optimistic Meditator, and her podcast, Om & Go: Mini Meditations for Busy People, Tammy has shared practical spiritual tools that help people reconnect with the peace, wisdom, and love already within them. Her talks blend New Thought principles with personal experience, inviting listeners into a spirituality that is both deeply contemplative and immediately practical. Tammy holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas and has built a career centered on one guiding value: being of service. She lives in Austin with her wife, Joni, their dog, Edgar, and a wonderful community of family and friends.

What if the words we speak, out loud and silently within, are actively shaping our experience of life? Join Tammy Lorraine on Sunday, July 19th as we explore the ancient meaning of Abracadabra and how it aligns with Unity teachings, modern neuroscience, and compassionate psychology. Together, we’ll look at why manifestation isn’t about forcing positive thinking, but about bringing our whole inner world into alignment. When we meet every part of ourselves with awareness and care, our words carry greater truth, power, and creative possibility. Join us for a grounded, hopeful reflection on what becomes possible when we begin to believe, gently and honestly, that it just might all go right.
