Through Dr. King’s teachings we learn that even the smallest actions can propel us into powerful periods of growth and change. When we share our thoughts and opinions with others, especially youth, we give them the opportunity to find their own voice or place of service. This weekend, several of our Y.O.U. teens will attend a regional event that encourages them to find out who they are, what they believe in, and how collective prayer and meditation unifies us all while celebrating our divine differences. It truly is “the dream” to experience it in person, or to feel its impact as the teens return to our community.
