“The bad news is time flies. The good news is you’re the pilot.”― Michael Altshuler
With Christmas 2017 in our rear-view mirror, and New Year’s Day waiting on the horizon, so to speak, now is a good time. A good time to open our minds and hearts to the infinite possibilities that await in life is to physically us individually and collectively in 2018!
One way to open ourselves to greater possibilities is to physically write down some personal questions that stimulate the imagination to take a personal inventory of our current life. Is it meaningful? Enjoyable? Harmonious? Or, is there room for improvement?
This should not be a process of looking for flaws or shortcomings, nor should it be a process of browbeating yourself for past mistakes. Rather, it’s a matter of exploring the consciousness for more creative ways to live, dream, and prosper.
In reality, the calendar is simply a tool to remind us that time never stands still, to remind us that time and change are the only constants we can be sure of. Both time and change are valuable commodities. How we invest in them is completely up to us.
Opening to infinite possibilities requires two very important things of us; to know what we desire, then to act on the desire.
The new year is now, the future is now. Let’s live it to the best of our ability and enjoy the results.
Happy New Year!
