Rev. Jimmie Scott
The momentum of living can occasionally create friction in our consciousness. When there is friction in our consciousness, the mind can become noisy. When the mind is noisy, we can lose sight of our creative urge thereby inhibiting our ability to BE in the moment.
This week as you travel the road, take some time for quietness. The kind of quietness that flows naturally when you shut out both external and internal noise. Attaining this level of quietness generates a calm spirit that in turn reminds us of the smallness of the human agenda and the attachments we can collect as we travel.
Reach for quiet joy!
