Rev. Jimmie Scott
This week as we travel the cosmic path, I am reminded how much time and energy is spent on imagining the destination, rather than relishing the journey.
In cosmology, life is the journey and the destination.
The rational mind is often at odds with cosmic direction and that can be problematic. Particularly when we are attempting to discern the best course of action that will ensure that we are on the right path. The right path can be any path if it has meaning for us. However, meaning is a relative term.
The irony in every journey is the unknown, yet it is the unknown that dictates our lives, and the right path may be any path. For a species that loves to think it’s in control, this is the ultimate paradox. Yet we travel on.
We travel on because life is not static, life is dynamic. In dynamism the human expression of the soul finds the satisfaction it seeks.
All this to say, we create our own meaning and that’s the beauty of it all!
Rich blessings my friend,
