During times of drastic change or upheaval, the human ego often taps into the consciousness of victim-hood that has been such a large part of the Christian heritage.
Even though the concept of a devil being at the root of the challenges we are presented with in life is not as prevalent today as it was in the not too distant past, the residue still exists.
So, when a major event like the pandemic with all its many complicated facets arises, it challenges us in subconscious ways.
Most people believe the universe is a living organism with its own system of intelligence, but because we cannot easily discern how that intelligence functions, we take it personally.
Scientists understand the value of working with nature. This same process is true in our spiritual lives. Creation has endowed us with a discerning spirit to be used by us in every situation, circumstance, and condition…..
We are only victimized when we give in to the challenge rather than work with it.
Working with it provides many opportunities for creating better ways to lessen the effects of the challenge if the effects are negative.
The truth is, they are just effects.
Cooperation is an amazing thing!
Working together, we will find ways to co-exist with COVID 19.
Keep on keeping on!
