This free course of study offers information on the fundamentals of meditation with a broad overview of meditation techniques introduced.
Participants will learn the four basic types of meditation: passive, active, directed, and acoustical.
The session will include at least one meditation experience.
Individuals participating in this course of study will walk away with a variety of meditation tools at their disposal.
Preregistration is not needed, and there is no cost for this study. All are welcome!
