Do I have to volunteer for a certain period of time?

Answer

Yes. A one year commitment is asked of all teachers and angels. Each parent in the co-op program serves a minimum of six hours in a position(s) of their choice per year. UCSA members that want to serve and do not have children in youth ministry commit to a one year period, serving a minimum of six hours. Volunteering for a year gives the program and children consistency, cohesiveness and builds trust. If needed a six month period can be utilized.
