Grade Levels

Parents, please be sure to sign your child(ren) in at the front of the Sanctuary before service and to sign them out following the service in the youth ministry building. The same parent that signs them in must also sign them out. Depending on your child's age they will need to be in one of the following classes.

• Nursery: Infant-18 months
• Toddlers:  18 months up to age 3
• UTots: age 3 to Pre-K
• UKids I:  K-2nd grade
• UKids II: 3rd-5th grade
• Uniteens: 6th-8th grade
• Y.O.U: 9th-12th grade

Classroom Policies

We are here each week to hold your child in love and respect. Our work is about allowing each child to unfold in his or her own Divine way and time. Our focus is the well being of all the children.

Teachers take into consideration the child's comfort level in participating with the group. Each child is encouraged, but not forced, to participate. If they choose not to interact with others, they may sit quietly and observe the class. The teacher periodically invites the child to join the class.

When a child expresses disruptive behavior, the teacher will provide opportunities for the child to choose to share and cooperate in class respectfully. In the rare event that the child is still unhappy or disruptive after several attempts to bring the child back into the group, we will quietly enter the church service to ask the parent or guardian to come assist in the classroom.

If your child has special needs or is experiencing difficulty in some area, please feel free to share that information with the teacher or Youth Ministry Director so that we may take appropriate steps to enhance your child's experience.
