Christian Assistance Ministry (CAM) is a non-profit charitable corporation that provides immediate, temporary assistance to individuals in crisis situations and enables those in need to move toward independence.
As a member of the group of churches that support CAM, our church is asked to conduct a donation drive. With this being a particularly good time of year to cull those sad, neglected items from your closets, perhaps you have clothing that needs a new home.
Clothing - for women, men, children and babies:
Especially needed are men's jeans, shirts, slacks, socks, underwear, caps and tennis shoes, work boots, western boots, casual shoes
An urgent need for men's shoes and jeans size 28 -34 and new undergarments for men, women and children.
Particularly nice clothes and shoes - both men's and women's - will be taken to "Dress for Success," to assist those beginning a new job or interviewing for a job.
Other items:
Food, diapers - all sizes - baby formula and baby food
Hygiene articles for both men and women, such as small bottles of shampoo, soap, small tubes of toothpaste, razors, shaving cream.
Household Items, such as linens and pots and pans
